Handstand is about dicipline focus, fun, and play. Learning to handstand can be challenging process, fear of upside and down which if you haven't done before. But in this class willl be fun way to experience life upside down. In this class you will be taught the confidence to safety enter and exit a handstand, learned drills that allow you to practice your Handstand and take it to the next level. Wether you are someone who did before as a kid and want to relearn this skill or even you never practice handstand before, don't worry this class all levels are welcome and our drils can help you on your way to handstand.
